Our process
We’re with you every step of the way, handling everything from case matching to document management. Some variation does occur depending on specific case requirements, but most proceed as shown.
-
Partner law firms reach out to Atlas with a prospective case need. This includes requirements around specialty, case tasks, and timeframe.
-
Atlas reaches out to our consultant bench based on:
Speciality
Experience
Availability
-
When a presented case is accepted by a consultant, a timeframe is established and review work can begin.
Hours are logged by the consultant as work proceeds. Consultants may reach out at any point to the Atlas team or the client for clarification and support. Atlas managing partners will check in from time to time.
-
Consultant submits completed case work and hour log to Atlas for final review and forwarding to the client.
Atlas invoices the client at the completion of the case.
-
Consultant is paid in full within 30 days of timecard submission. Usually this occurs on the next pay period, which are scheduled every two weeks.
Any feedback or follow-up requests from the client are communicated in a short debrief.
